We work closely with a select group of investors to help them find and purchase the properties which fit their investment preferences. We keep our client lists limited to ensure we're providing the very best personal service to each investor.
Fees and service details
The first step is a consultation/registration meeting which can be held face to face or online and will take up to an hour. Our consultant will discuss your investment requirements including which locations and what investment strategy will enable you to meet your financial goals.
All fees include VAT.
Registration consultation: £145 (to be deducted from finders fee if purchase is successful)
Viewing fee: £195 (to be deducted from finders fee if purchase is successful)
Finders fee (managed clients): 2.5%
Finders fee (other clients): 3.5%
If you're not already a managed client with Purple Frog, but instruct us to manage the property you purchase, the managed client finders fee will apply.
