The safety of our team. tenants, clients and suppliers is of primary importance to us.
We have developed our Covid-19 safety policies based on government guidance and ask that all our partners comply with the policies to help keep everyone safe.
Visiting Us
It is important that we protect our office team members, so, we encourage you to call the office or email us where possible but understand that you may need to visit for keys.
When you visit please make sure to:
- Please call ahead to make an appointment.
- Do not visit us if you or any of your household have any Covid-19 symptoms, or have been told to isolate.
- When you enter our office, please keep behind the lines which are marked on the floor.
- Make sure that you are wearing a mask.
- There will be a box at the front of the office where you should place any keys you may be returning.
- This applies to anyone visiting our offices, including tenants, contractors and landlords.
Viewings - For potential tenants
- Please view our video/360 tours online first and only attend viewings when they are essential.
- Only attend viewings with other people from the same household.
- Do not attend if you or anyone in your household are experiencing any Covid-19 symptoms or have been told to self isolate.
- When viewing the property, do not touch anything unnecessarily.
- Please clean your hands on arrival.
- Wear a face mask.
- Maintain a 2m distance between you and anyone outside of your household.
Viewings - For existing tenants
- Please let us know if you or anyone in your household are experiencing any Covid-19 symptoms or have been told to self isolate.
- Maintain a 2m distance between you and anyone outside of your household.
Viewings - For Purple Frog team members
- Encourage potential tenants to view video/360 tours online before visiting properties.
- Confirm with viewers that they do not have any symptoms of Covid-19 and should not be self-isolating.
- Ask everyone attending the viewing to clean their hands on arrival.
- Open all windows and doors.
- Asking those attending not to touch anything unnecessarily.
- Maintain a 2m distance between parties present.
- Clean all door handles and light switches with anti-bacterial wipes, remove all rubbish at the end of the viewing.
Maintenance Visits - For existing tenants
- Please let us know if you or anyone in your household are experiencing any Covid-19 symptoms or have been told to self isolate.
- Maintain a 2m distance between yourself and any contractor visiting your home.
- Where possible, please leave the room our contractors are working in.
Maintenance Visits - For Purple Frog contractors
- Do not attend any properties if you are experiencing any Covid-19 symptoms or have been advised to self isolate.
- Wear a face mask unless exempt (if you are exempt, we will try and notify tenants prior to the appointment).
- Maintain a 2m distance from tenants where possible.
- Clean any handles/light switches touched
