All student tenants must have a guarantor who agrees to pay their rent in the event that the tenant is unable to. Guarantors will be asked to complete a form confirming this. They will also need to pass a credit check.
If your guarantor does not live in the UK we are unable to perform a credit check so we will require additional security from you, please call us on 0121 227 4188 or email Ops@purplefrogproperty.com to discuss your options.
