• Any flats that are let by 1st April will be given vouchers to the value of £50 per person for a shop or restaurant of their choice.
Clayton Court, NG9 1JZ, conveniently located on Queen’s Road, Beeston is a short distance from both central Beeston and its train station, Nottingham University and Nottingham City Centre.
• The existing building will be subject to an extensive inside-and-out refurbishment program during 2022 and will be ready by 15th September, in time for the new academic year.
• Clayton Court will comprise 3 x 2 bed/1 bathroom flats and 3 x 3 bed/1 bathroom flats. All flats and external areas will be finished to a very high standard and will be as new.
• Each flat will come fully furnished with brand new furniture. Bedrooms will include double beds, desk and chair, wardrobe/cupboards and shelving. Open plan kitchen-diner will include dishwasher, washer/dryer, fridge/freezer, oven and hob, and sofa, dining table and chairs, large flat screen smart TV and storage area.
