Edgbaston Studios is a newly built student accomodation block based in the heart of Birmingham. Its located close to the Edgbaston Reservoir which is perfect for scenic walks. The location of this site is ideal for students who are studying in the city centre or in Selly Oak as the five ways train station is only a 10 minute walk away. Alongside the train station, there is a handful of nearby places including restaurants, a cinema and a plethera of nightclubs all to be enjoyed.

This building is filled with 25 modern and spacious studio rooms which come with all bills included (electric, water, super fast broadband). The rooms come equipt with high end kitchenetts with all appliances included. Each studio has a flatscreen smart TV included which is great if you want to stream movies. All furniture is to a high end with each room having a double bed, desk, desk chair, large wardrobe, chest of drawers and bedside cabinet. Unique artwork and blackout blinds are also a great feature.

There are 2 spacious common rooms which boast a bespoke industrial theme with lots of oak/steel seating and a large wallmounted TV. With large skylight windows which give off a vibrant and light look.

The development also has a huge open garden area with part of it completely decked out with lots of seating and half of it astro turfed which will be perfect in summer for parties and BBQ's.

There is also free gym, sauna and pool access at the Cobden Hotel based opposite the accomodation which is ideal after a long day of studying.
