Kitchen is shared albeit not used by many so always the way you left it. Gas cooker and fan oven as well as a washer dryer for when you can't be bothered hanging up washing. Landlord is very responsive and quick on the phone if any repairs needed.

On a very quiet road with no trouble - mostly families and retired families in the neighbourhood. There is even a gastropub at the end of the road if you are partial to a pint

Ideal for a UoB student as it is a 23 minute walk and many buses available at end of road to uni or into the town. 5 minutes walk away from Battery and Selly Retail Park with Sainsburys etc. Also ideal for a QE hospital employee as it is only a 20 minute walk."
