Covid-19 Update

You will no doubt have been following the news regarding Covid-19. We very much hope that you are your loved ones are safe and well.

Several of our tenants and team members are already in self-isolation as per government guidance.

Following on from the government’s advice on Monday afternoon that everyone should work at home where possible, we have taken the decision to ask most of our team to work from home, having our offices open for appointments only. Please do not visit our offices without an appointment as you will not be able to enter.

You can still reach us using our normal contact details. If you have the direct number for your property manager, it will be diverted to their mobiles, alternatively you can call the office numbers below:

We are working hard to make sure we are providing essential services whilst keeping everyone as safe as possible. Please bear with us if you do not receive responses from us as quickly as you would normally expect.

Our primary concern is ensuring the safety of our team and tenants. Essential maintenance and safety inspections will be going ahead as usual for the time being with extra checks being made to keep everyone safe.

If we need to visit your property, we will ask you to confirm to us that you are not self-isolating, and not showing any symptoms of Covid-19. Similarly, we will be asking our contractors to confirm the same before they visit.
