10% refer a friend offer is only open to managed clients who introduce a landlord who is currently not on our books and who subsequently signs a contract to receive managed services from Purple Frog Group and its subsidiaries.
The discount will be applied on a property by property basis. This means that an introduction to a landlord who subsequently agrees management of one property will result in a 10% reduction in fees on one of your properties. The maximum reduction per property is 10% in one 12 month period.
Both discounts will be applied from the day the referral signs their contract with Purple Frog and will run for 12 months.
