Our favourite bedroom here is the one set over two levels, with a lower study area and a mezzanine sleeping area - we've never seen a student room like this anywhere else!
The rent here includes all bills, so you do not have to worry about budgeting for these costs. Gas, electricity, water and unlimited broadband are all included. As you would expect, the gas and electricity are subject to the landlords fair usage policy.
