Bywater House is an exclusive development made up of 25 self-contained studio flats, two 5 bed cluster flats and a 4 bed cluster flat and is only a 10 minute walk to Five Ways. The site is ideal for students studying in the city centre or those that study in Selly Oak but want to be close to town.

A fully furnished studio flat available, each flat has bed, drawer unit, wardrobe, ensuite shower room, kitchen area, desk and office chair. The kitchenette has a microwave/oven, two ring hob and a fridge with a freezer compartment. There is a central laundry room on the top floor with a communal washer and dryer.

The leaflets supplied by all the other providers is generic and property specific details are not known until your residents sign up online. Previously they used to supply property specific information, although this has been raised with them they are not changing policy, but have told ANUK/Unipol that each provider has the information, that is required by the Code.

The info required on your webpages, and any other marketing materials, is, what sort of WIFi provision is being made available to users, especially whether any “free” elements only cover a base service and a charge is made to enhance this service.

Finally show the minimum level of bandwidth that residents can expect, as well as whether any limits exist on the number of different wireless devices that can be registered
