The Landlord has agreed that if University of Birmingham/Birmingham City University is not open by the 1st November 2020, the Tenants shall be released from this Tenancy Agreement as of 1st November 2020; the Tenants will be liable to pay rent and all other amounts due according to this Tenancy Agreement prior to 1st November 2020
