Meet Patrick and Greg. We loved our time studying at the University of Birmingham, but didn’t love dealing with some of the letting agents and landlords.

Convinced we could make finding a house less stressful and more fun, we set up purple frog in 2007 to offer a different kind of service to students.

So what do we do differently? We make things easy, with simple and honest advice. We don’t waste your time, because every viewing is arranged for you by our team.

Whether you want to talk about rent, property or landlords, we tell it as it is. No jargon, no fuss, no stress – easy!

Just a quick note to remember whilst you're searching:

Although rental figures are advertised in both a weekly and monthly format it is the monthly figure that will be used in any tenancies created. Additionally, most months’ have different numbers of days so we use an average rent figure worked out over 12 months so that you have a fixed rent amount to pay each month.
