Use of Personal Information We may use your information to process your service requests, provide access to privileged areas of our website, to administer contests and competitions, personalise your visit to our site and to enable us to review, develop and improve the products, services, and special offers we provide. Where details have been given to us as a result of you taking a property marketed or associated to Purple Frog or any of Purple Frog's clients ("Landlord", Purple Frog will pass applicable information on to your Landlord or Landlord’s agent. Purple Frog and your Landlord reserve the right to pass this information on to any utility or other commercial service company who provide services to the property you will be moving in to, any council authorities, credit referencing agencies in order to secure a credit reference and any government authorised tenancy deposit protection scheme. Your details may also be used to communicate latest company information, services and offers by Purple Frog approved third party companies. Disclosure of Personal Information We may provide information about you to employees and agents of Purple Frog to administer any accounts, products, services and offers provided to you by Purple Frog. Should you breach our terms and conditions or terms of use or if we are under a duty to disclose or share your personal data in order to comply with any legal obligation, we may disclose your information to a relevant authority. This may include exchanging information with other companies and organisations for the purposes of fraud protection and credit risk reduction. Security At Purple Frog, we take security very seriously. All account information is password protected and where appropriate we use industry standard SSL-encryption to protect data transmission. All security on our website is treated seriously and reviewed by our security & abuse team on a regular basis. We also undertake security steps, including extensive use of SSL technology, on our back end systems that store customer account information. Purple Frog may send you emails from time to time but we would never send an email asking for your security information or log on details, or direct you to a web page that asks for this information.
