Purple frog was founded 3
years ago by Patrick Garratt and Greg White...After being students themselves
and living in student accommodation in Birmingham they were increasingly
dissatisfied with the process and service they received and wanted to do
something about it.
After successfully setting
up their flagship office in Birmingham, they have grown from strength to
strength opening a further two offices since in Nottingham and Bristol.
Patrick and Greg
know that shared experience with tenants and the understanding of their
priorities and concerns has enabled them to
help more landlords and find good tenants.
Purple Frog believe
students shouldn’t have to pay expensive admin fees
just to take a property,
and through experience we have found that these fees can be the biggest
stumbling block in finding the best tenants.

and many more to give your property maximum exposure on the internet

know what students read so we have print adverts in a variety of student
newspapers and magazines

discover that we really do have great properties to market and we really are
that friendly, they tell their friends, we also have a referral scheme with
