We aren't backwards in coming forwards about our services and fees; we know we offer some of the best value letting and management services in Birmingham, and we'll even tell you why, it's because we do things differently:

We bend over backwards to make things happen for our landlords and tenants; after all, we are dealing with the income of our landlords and the homes of our tenants

We are available pretty much all the time, 7 days a week, by email or on the phone and we look after all of our landlords so they come back time and again; this means we don't have to spend all of our time chasing new customers.

our fees: let and rent collection service

Unlike many other agents who want their let-only fees paid up-front, we will spread the cost over the period of the tenancy deducting a percentage so your cash flow doesn’t suffer. For just 9% per month (including VAT) after finding tenants we will arrange the move-in, collect deposit and rent throughout the tenancy. Each month you'll receive a statement via email and monies will be transferred via BACS.

our fees: full management service

Just 11.5% (including VAT) of the monthly rental income, no finding fee, no extra charges, one of the most competitive rate in the Birmingham area.

We are members of the National Landlords Association (NLA), in process of joining Association of Residential Letting Agents (ARLA) and are accredited under the Midlands Landlord Accreditation Scheme (MLAS).
