We understand the needs and concerns of both landlords and students and use this knowledge to provide a professional, friendly and flexible service to help unlock the full the potential of your property investment.

We also understand that, in the current climate, property is not necessarily the secure investment that it once was, so we work hard to ensure that your property retains its long term value whilst also providing a steady return on your capital investment.

Since our first office opened in Birmingham in 2007, the business has successfully expanded and we now have two further offices in Bristol and Nottingham.

Although there has been significant growth, we recognise the importance of providing a bespoke service, tailored to the individual needs and expectations of our landlords. We employ a personal approach and ensure that all of our landlords liaise with the same point of contact. It is this commitment to customer service that has been the driving force behind our continuing success.

Not charging student fees means we have a large pool of tenants, each of whom will have a credit checked guarantor. We have invested time and effort into developing and maintaining strong relationships with the universities in each of the three cities, making us best placed to recommend our landlords properties.

What services do we offer?

Your involvement can be as little or as much as you would like. Many of our current landlords started out with our let only service and have since decided to become less and less involved with the their investment, with most eventually giving us full responsibility. The difference with purple frog is that we are flexible and always willing to adapt to suit the needs of our landlords. We recognise that each landlord is different and with this in mind, we are determined to make our services as effective as possible for you.

As a foundation to work from, we have put together two services (property letting and property management). There may be elements that you would like to take care of yourself or certain areas that you would like us to manage for you and we can modify the two services to accommodate this.
