Getting your deposit back?
If we have protected your deposit, you should have received a “move out checklist” with a form to complete with your forwarding address. Please fill this in and return it with your keys. Your deposit will be returned by cheque to the forwarding address you supply (if you forgot to complete the move out form please email your local office with your forwarding address). We aim to return your deposit as soon as possible however the longest it will take is 28 days, please only contact your local office if you have not received your deposit after 28 days. If your landlord protected your deposit, you will need to contact them directly.
Picking your Keys up?
If we have contacted you to let you know you will be picking your keys up from our office you will need to bring your ID and proof that you have set up your standing order. If you contact starts on the 1st July you will be able to collect your keys from midday. If you are not able to collect your keys during our office hours then you can either authorise us by email to release keys to someone else or we can post them to you (there is £10 charge for this as we have to make a special trip to the post office to send them by recorded delivery).
