If you are a tenant and have an emergency during office hours, please call your local office.
 

If your emergency is out of hours please call our emergency team:

If your call is unanswered, please send a text with your name, address, number and brief description of the issue. This number cannot be used for general enquiries.

Should you receive no response for any reason and you feel you are in danger or there is risk of serious damage, please call 07817 793 828 or 07891 990 148.

If you have lost your keys:

During office hours - you can borrow a set from your local office, just give us a call first to check we have your keys (don't forget some ID!).

Out of office hours - if it is an emergency, try calling our emergency numbers above. Please note you will be charged  for a call out; if you can, wait until the following morning.

Any messages will be dealt with as soon as possible.
